Assistant Bookkeeper

What You’ll Do: As our Assistant Bookkeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the financial reputed company of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including AP/AR, coding expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- Generating and managing client invoices for recurring services, projects, and reputed company/software subscriptions.
- Tracking outstanding balances and following up on payments to support healthy cash reputed company.
- Supporting payroll preparation and financial reporting processes.
- Maintaining accurate financial documentation and assisting with audits or discrepancies.
- Collaborating with the Director of Business Operations and other departments to resolve financial issues.
- Providing occasional admin support to help the team run reputed company.

- 2–4 years of bookkeeping or reputed company experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and intermediate-level reputed company

- Bonus: Experience working in an MSP or with recurring/subscription billing
Qualifications:
