Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in the Insurance industry, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience working with CyberLife
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring reputed company
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Other Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a reputed company field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training a plus
