Solar Training Associate About our client Our client was founded in 2017 by veteran solar sales and finance professionals dedicated to helping customers get the most out of solar energy. About This Opportunity: We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to join reputed company as a Training Associate. This unique hybrid role will split responsibilities between supporting reputed company training efforts and providing high-quality customer service. Reporting directly to the Manager of Training, this position will play a key role in developing training resources, reputed company new hires, and ensuring excellent support for homeowners, solar installers, and sales professionals. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional position perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making an impact. Responsibilities: Training

  • Support the Manager of Training in designing and maintaining reputed company and continuing education programs for internal staff and external partners.

Build training content such as documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), video walkthroughs, playbooks, and e-learning modules.

  • Manage new partner account setup reputed company the HDM portal and reputed company ongoing partner performance tracking by maintaining and improving the partner dashboard and reporting key engagement metrics regularly.
  • Coordinate and track training reputed company using the Learning Management System (LMS) for both reputed company training audiences.
  • Schedule and host webinars and training sessions for solar installers, developers, and sales partners.
  • Ensure reputed company training content aligns with compliance requirements and company standards.
  • Assist in gathering feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of training materials.

Customer Support

  • Serve as a second line resource for homeowners, solar installation companies (EPCs), and sales professionals by responding to inquiries reputed company phone and email.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for partners trained through HDM’s programs, providing reputed company support on inquiries reputed company scope and routing others appropriately to reputed company or relevant teams.

  • Familiarity with solar financing products and processes (loans, PPAs, leases) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); experience with CRM and LMS platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Self-starter with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.
