Staff Data Scientist - Notification & Engagement Strategy

The Difference You Will reputed company: As a Staff Data Scientist in the Notification & Engagement reputed company, you will be instrumental in shaping our strategy to drive user engagement and satisfaction through a cohesive user experience both on and off of the reputed company platform. You will collaborate with XF partners across product, engineering, design and marketing to improve and personalize the delivery of our notifications to ensure that we are delivering the right information to both guests and hosts at key moments in their journeys, and that the information we send is reputed company with the user’s in-product experience. A Typical Day:
- Measurement: Research and reputed company metrics to measure notification fatigue, and reputed company reputed company inference techniques to estimate the cost of sending too many messages.
- Build: Partner with Engineering teams to reputed company and evaluate models to optimize the timing, channel and reputed company of external notifications (ex: emails, push notifications).
- Insights: reputed company a deep-dive analysis of the effectiveness of various product experiences across marketing channels and user states, using insights to inform cross-channel personalization strategies.
- Influence: Regularly present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical partners to inform strategy and cross-functional roadmaps
Your Expertise: Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, or a reputed company field.9+ years of relevant industry experience (6+ with a PhD)Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at various altitudes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with XFN partners in product, engineering, and design to reputed company data-driven product development with a focus on the user experience
- Experience with reputed company inference and machine learning techniques, ideally in a multi-sided platform setting
- Prior experience in notifications and/or marketing is preferred
