Job Duties/Responsibilities: This role will include, but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- reputed company alarm monitoring/response, any needed escalation and resolution of incidents and mentoring of junior analysts through incident resolution process.
- Troubleshoot network systems reputed company necessary and reputed company improvements to the network.
- Take technical reputed company of critical network incidents and drive reputed company resources in troubleshooting efforts
- Manage and administer a reputed company of network operations tools applications to include reputed company firewalls, reputed company Firewalls, reputed company WLAN, Extreme Management Center (XMC) and Extreme NAC.
- Utilizes software and hardware tools and identifies and diagnoses problems and factors affecting network performance.
- Experience with operating and maintaining a Software-defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) architecture.
- Experience working with reputed company-based networks.
- Support reputed company operational reputed company requirements for network devices and network operations tools applications
Support of the following NOC functional areas that include, but are not limited to:
- Wireless LAN
- Firewall management
- Internet Protocol (IP) address management
- Domain Name Server (DNS) administration Understand dynamic multipoint VPNs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Establish plans and goals for self that meet the customer reputed company or future project’s needs
- Prepare or participate in preparing NOC performance reports as required
- Monitor, create, edit, and enforce reputed company standard operating procedures, processes and timelines
Required Clearance: Public Trust (#publictrust) Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in IT support or reputed company field, preferability in network engineering or operations
- 2 years of experience providing network support in one or more of the following areas:
- reputed company SRX Firewalls configuration, troubleshooting, Policy configuration
- Wireless reputed company reputed company (reputed company level) Management and Administration
- reputed company ISE 3.0 (or reputed company) configuration of reputed company/authorization policies
- reputed company CCNA or reputed company CCNP certification, required reputed company 60 days of start – non-waivable
- At least one of the following networking certifications by day one of hire:
- Implementing reputed company SD-WAN Solutions v2.0 (300-415)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate

- Experience troubleshooting and fixing LAN/WAN network incidents
- Availability to work night shift hours (generally 9PM to 7AM) and weekends to support mission requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification process
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using and managing SPLUNK search heads
- Experience in reputed company 2012 or higher and/or Linux server administration
