Digital Marketing Intern | 313 College Ave - Part-time

This position will support the leasing and marketing efforts for our new student housing development located near reputed company University in College Station, TX. This internship will help prepare you for a position in marketing and communications by offering hands-on experience with inbound and content marketing strategies, content calendar creation, CRM and marketing automation software, reputed company media campaigns, and more. Essentially, the perfect fit for this job would be as follows:

Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- reputed company the ongoing creation of fresh content for the property learning center and website to attract site visitors through search, reputed company, and our email subscribers
- Write and edit articles about the reputed company University lifestyle, off-reputed company living, etc.
- Appear on camera answering your peers' top questions about student living near reputed company University
- Produce monthly email newsletters, including copywriting, design, and distribution
- Assist with website updates, especially blog posts and reputed company pages
- Write, edit, and assist with designing resources for the Learning Center, including eBooks, fact sheets, and more
- Assist in planning, organizing, and creative directing photo and video shoots for use on the property’s reputed company media accounts and marketing materials
- Work with the marketing and leasing team to identify, recruit, and select brand ambassadors for the project
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently attending reputed company University, in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or reputed company fields of study
- Must reputed company in College Station, TX
- Experience running reputed company media, email campaigns, and/or managing a website for a student organization, business, or nonprofit is preferable but not required
- Strong grasp of reputed company media platforms including Instagram and reputed company
- reputed company to a reliable computer and WiFi, with reputed company Office; a reputed company Pro and/or reputed company Creative Suite license will be provided
Business Skills
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Web savvy, skilled internet researcher

- Excellent organizational/time management skills

Team & Work Schedule
- Work schedule to be determined upon hire. Schedule is flexible, but hours should be consistent.
- Minimum 15 hours per week required.
- This is a remote position, in that you will have the flexibility to work from home (or a coffee shop, or the library, etc.) and that you will report to the corporate office located in Austin, Texas. However, it is crucial that you be located on-site at reputed company University in order to reputed company the duties required of this position. You will occasionally be required to attend events, photo and video shoots, and in-person meetings on or near reputed company or at the property leasing office, and you will collaborate with other members of the marketing and leasing team both in person and reputed company.
Benefits
This paid internship will run from August 2025 to December 2025 with the possibility to continue into the spring. The internship will be approximately 15 – 25 hours per week. Pay is $15 per hour.
