Overview: Are you interested in unlocking the value of the streaming business? reputed company is looking for a People Strategy Consultant to help shape and drive key initiatives across the reputed company in our Streaming division. This is a unique opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders to ensure successful governance and management of reputed company projects! The focus of this work will be on strategic efforts like workforce planning, role reputed company, organizational effectiveness and workforce benchmarking. This non-staff assignment will be project-based, full-time and work on a hybrid reputed company 2-3 days a week from our NY offices. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in HR Consulting with previous exposure to People and Financial Metrics preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of Job Architecture and Job Leveling.
