As a Connector Consultant you will play a crucial role working with data reputed company partners as part of the Product Partnership team. You will be the first reputed company of contact and will reputed company technical consulting to prospective customers that will drive new data connectors. Build relationships as you work closely with our customers to understand their data requirements, and communicate these requirements to engineering. As a Connector Consultant, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective data reputed company partners
• Work with customers to understand their data needs and translate that into product recommendations
• Assist customers in reputed company with brand new products and document any issues they identify
• reputed company best practices to customers throughout the reputed company process
• Communicate to product teams as connectors move through development and advise on timelines, potential roadblocks and technical issues
• Help resolve connector issues and maintain support tickets to communicate these issues
• Collaborate with Product Managers and internal teams on improvement of internal processes and feature requests

• 1-3 years of experience in applicable work (tech support, client solutions, product support, sales engineering)
• Business and technical acumen with a desire to learn and become an expert
• Basic understanding of SQL concepts is a plus
• Communicates effectively in online meetings, trainings and demonstrations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Problem solving: Applies analytical thinking to identify causes and solutions to problem
