About the Role
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take ownership to ensure the test deliverables are met to standards, quality practices and end-user requirements for IT projects and programs
- Coordinate reputed company and across teams to create test strategy, test plans, timelines and alignment on test execution
- Coordinate reputed company and across teams to build test scenarios, test cases, test data and other quality-reputed company deliverables

- Coordinate and facilitate the bug life cycle to remove blockers promptly during test coordination

- Collaborate closely with other team members to continuously improve and adjust standards and practices.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years in leading software projects in Testing area
- Expertise in leading testing projects and has experience in Testing methodology, practices, processes and tools
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication – written and verbal
- Reporting and metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- ADO experience

Technical Proficiency:
