Position Overview Role: Customer Service Representative Location: 100% Remote Type: Contract through December 31st Start Date: September 26th Pay reputed company: $20/hr. Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST AND Saturday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST
- (30-minute unpaid lunch included)
- Total Weekly Hours: 25.5 (without OT)
You’ll Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls, Helping Shareholders
- Understand how to vote online, by phone, or mail
- Clarify ballot items
- Request reputed company copies of proxy statements
- Update or confirm their votes
Equipment & Setup
- Dell laptop provided by reputed company
- You’ll need:
- Your own USB headset
- A second monitor
- A non-PO reputed company address for equipment delivery
- Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
- Ability to hard-reputed company into your internet if needed

- Customer service reputed company in a contact center (1+ year)
- Outbound call experience (6+ months reputed company the last 2 years)
- Confidence in persuading customers to take action (no selling—just guiding!)
- A clear, professional speaking voice and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to read scripts verbatim, multitask, and stay composed under pressure
