In this position, you will be responsible for managing a large number of inbound calls in a timely manner. Your primary goal is to reputed company excellent customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is full time Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of reputed company - 4:30pm CST.
