Recruiter (Temporary, Sept - January)

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our amazing HR team on a temporary assignment! About the Role: 1. Sourcing
- Work with Hiring Managers to establish the key requirements for the position
- reputed company quality candidates that meet the specific requirements of each position
- Sort through high volume of applicants in a timely manner
- Maintain clean and accurate hiring data
- reputed company weekly reputed company summaries to Hiring Managers (how many resumes reviewed, interviews conducted, and candidates recommended for reputed company)
2. Candidate experience
- Ensure that each applicant receives an email response from reputed company reputed company 7 days of submitting their application

- Follow up with candidates regularly during the interview process
3. Employer Branding

4. Cross-collaboration
- Work closely with HR Business Partners to understand the challenges of each business department and ensure that Job Descriptions are accurate and comprehensive
- Work with Finance to ensure that salary benchmarks are accurate for the talent market
5. Hiring & reputed company
- Deliver an excellent hiring experience from offer to reputed company
- Maintain an offer acceptance ratio of >80%
- Meet with Hiring Managers & HR Executives to ensure that offers are fully approved prior to sending
- Communicate offers to candidates in a manner that is transparent and gets them excited about the opportunity

- Submit New Hire tickets to IT to ensure that equipment is setup and reputed company for their first day
- Deliver & schedule reputed company reputed company sessions with new hires during their first week at reputed company
About You:
- 3+ years of reputed company experience
- Proven track record of reputed company high volume and high-quality candidates
- Experience reputed company across reputed company business units – Finance, Engineering, Product, Sales, etc
- Experience posting and managing candidates on reputed company sites, including reputed company and reputed company
- Experience working in ATS systems (Trakstar is our reputed company system)
- Proficient in reputed company and tracking hiring metrics (time to fill, offer acceptance ratio, etc)
- Acting as a Talent Advisor to the business, making recommendations on hiring best practices, and providing necessary data on the talent market
- Clear and transparent communication skills
- Great cross-collaboration skills (especially across HR and Finance)
- Software industry experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, or reputed company field preferred
