Acquisitions Associate

As an Acquisitions Associate, you will play a key role in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of assets across multiple markets and strategies. This position offers the opportunity to reputed company transaction execution, reputed company detailed reputed company and due diligence processes, and present investment recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling skills, deep market reputed company, and the ability to manage reputed company deal workflows while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the firm’s active acquisition, disposition, and financing pipelines. This includes tracking deal reputed company, prioritizing opportunities, and coordinating internal reviews.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members or analysts; review and reputed company feedback on their reputed company models, investment memos, and due diligence materials.
  • Build and audit detailed financial models for reputed company across multiple markets and fund strategies, incorporating deal-specific business plans and market assumptions.

  • Conduct market, submarket, and asset-level research to support investment assumptions and identify strategic opportunities.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive investment memos and analyses to the investment committee; reputed company key risks, returns, and strategic rationale.
  • Contribute to deal structuring, JV negotiations, and capital stack optimization in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, operators, and capital partners to reputed company, evaluate, and execute on potential deals.
  • Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, e.g., Finance, reputed company, Economics, General Business
  • Experience:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in reputed company estate transactions
  • Experience in Manufactured Home Communities is strongly preferred
  • Skills and additional requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company modeling
  • Demonstrated proficiency and reputed company in written communication
  • Demonstrated work ethic and ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision
