The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our diagnostics team, supporting either the Western reputed company reputed company of South Africa. This role is central to driving sales, shaping markets, and building strategic partnerships in the public health and diagnostics sectors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Drive sales growth in assigned territory, meeting quarterly and annual targets.

Generate new business opportunities and maintain high-level client relationships.

Conduct market research and reputed company insights on industry and product trends.

Support marketing and reputed company activities to promote diagnostic products.

Manage sales administration, customer service, invoicing, and credit collections.

Ensure timely order processing and stock availability for customers.

Maintain company standards and compliance procedures.

Prepare and present annual business plans to the African sales team.

Key Customers: MOH, tertiary institutions, laboratories, funders, implementing partners, and industry stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Education: Tertiary Qualification in Health/ life Science
• Experience: 3–5 years in industry/reputed company sales role ideally in diagnostics or Medical (diagnostics/public health preferred), having experience with the Ministry of Health/ Department of Labour and/or Public health is essential
• Technical Knowledge: Infectious diseases, diagnostics industry, health technology
• Strategic Skills: Experience in Public-Private Partnerships and forming strategic alliances
• Competencies: Strategic thinking, reputed company, customer orientation, leadership, initiative, and problem-solving
• Tools: CRM systems, sales software, MS Office
• Language: Fluent in English

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interact with external and internal customers and partners.
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
