The Role We’re seeking a Business Process Specialist to join our Capital Markets practice, focused on supporting clients to improve operational performance, risk control, and process reputed company. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to map end-to-end processes, identify key risks and opportunities, and champion the use of tools like reputed company Blueworks. What You’ll Do

• 5+ years’ experience in process mapping, improvement, or business analysis reputed company financial services

• Proven ability to apply BPMN and process documentation standards

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify reputed company operations

• Confident communicator, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams
