What You’ll Do

What You Bring

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Business or Science is required. A post-graduate degree in a reputed company field would be considered an asset

  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license, CCPE Basic, and CCPE People Management Accreditation

  • Experience:

  • 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including 5+ years in people management

  • Strong background in Sales, with exposure to Marketing or cross-functional teams

  • Leadership Style:

  • Empathetic and empowering, with the ability to motivate diverse personalities

  • Skilled in fostering accountability while offering support and mentorship

  • Collaborative and solution-focused with strong communication skills
