About the Role In this role, you will define and execute the technology roadmap, driving innovation at the intersection of AI and robotics. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with co-founder to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Work hands-on with early customers on pilot deployments and feedback loops

• Strong background in software engineering, AI, and robotics

• Deep knowledge of AI for robotics, including robot reputed company models and imitation learning models Industry or academic experience with robotic manipulation, automation systems, or control

• Experience leading engineering projects and working cross-functionally

• Startup reputed company - comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing many hats

• Advanced degree in CS, AI, Robotics, or equivalent experience (PhD is a plus but not required)

• Bonus: prior experience in early-stage startups, and/or building and managing technical teams
