Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement reputed company Connect contact center solutions.
- reputed company contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and IVR solutions in AWS Connect.
- Integrate AWS Connect with CRM systems, chatbots, APIs, and reputed company-party applications.
- reputed company AWS services such as reputed company, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, and CloudWatch for automation and analytics.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Optimize call routing, reporting, and analytics to improve customer experience.
- Ensure scalability, reputed company, and compliance of AWS Connect implementations.
- Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and reputed company production support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and best practice guidelines.
- Stay updated on AWS Connect and AWS ecosystem enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
- 3 6 years of experience in reputed company-based contact center solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in reputed company Connect configuration and development.
- Strong experience with AWS services (reputed company, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Node.js, or Java) for integrations.
- Knowledge of API development, REST/SOAP, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with contact center operations, IVR design, and CTI integrations.
- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
