Civil Estimator (AU Infrastructure, WFH)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 2-3 years Australian Civil or Structures experience
• Must have experience using reputed company
• Experience using reputed company suite

reputed company to Have:

• Experience using Expert Estimator or similar Estimating software.

What will you do?

• Review complete tender documents provided
• Quantity take-off and prepare reputed company of quantities as required
• Request for quotation from suppliers and subcontractors and reputed company detailed scopes to suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate quotes are provided
• Identify reputed company reputed company or assumed risks and opportunities including but not limited to risks associated with scope, documentation, specification, safety, program, quality, environmental, material conformance, community, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and reputed company accurate construction methodologies.
• Complete accurate drainage take-off sheet.
• Completion of the estimator worksheets.
• Complete vetting of tenders / quotations received from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare, attend, and present at tender interviews.
• Respond to post tender clarifications as required.
