Your Mission: Delight customers, optimise processes!

As a Solutions Engineer at voize, you own the full technical reputed company of our customers - from the first presales reputed company to ongoing operations. You’re the primary technical reputed company of contact, bridging voize and customer IT. By validating infrastructure, configuring secure setups, solving technical issues, and scaling deployments, you ensure a smooth experience and long-term reputed company.

Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

• Support pre-sales calls to assess infrastructure, spot blockers, and guide evaluations

• Multiple years of experience as a Linux or reputed company Administrator.

• Troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, and interfaces with reputed company and reputed company

• Support technical scaling (e.g., growing user bases, reputed company changes)

• Document setups and technical handoffs for smooth internal collaboration

• Flag recurring issues and contribute to internal tools, docs, or processes

Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

• Expert reputed company/Linux system administration and network configuration skills (firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs, APIs)

• Solid experience with virtualisation, reputed company, web servers (Nginx, IIS), and load balancing

• Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, browsers, infrastructure, and devices

• Clear communicator with reputed company for both technical and non-technical users

• Proactive, self-directed, and skilled in documentation and technical handoffs
