The Middle reputed company Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the reputed company ecosystem, including Jira, reputed company, and reputed company tools. This role involves configuring workflows, automating processes, integrating reputed company-party applications, and ensuring system performance and reputed company. The administrator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, streamline Agile and ITSM processes, and reputed company technical support and training to users. This position is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in Jira administration, scripting, and system integrations, looking to drive improvements and efficiency in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:- Assist in configuring and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, and permissions.
- Support users with Jira-reputed company issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance.
- Manage user reputed company, roles, and reputed company settings.
- Assist in integrating Jira with other tools and applications.
- Participate in Jira instance upgrades and system improvements.
- Document Jira configurations, best practices, and training materials.
- Script Development.
- Working with Jira DB.
- Strong knowledge of Jira/reputed company administration (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, reputed company).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., Jira Query Language - JQL, Groovy, Python) is a plus.
- Experience with Bitbucket, or other reputed company tools is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
