IT Analyst
This is a remote position.
We are searching forstandard System Analysts with strongUML, BPMN, SQL, and system design experience, combined withbusiness analysis skills such asrequirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Design business processes, system interactions, and workflows using UML and BPMN.
- Translate business needs into structured system specifications and user stories.
- Analyse SQL databases, extract and validate data for system improvements.
- Support integration of APIs and system components, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure proper implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst in financial or IT environments.
- Expertise in UML, BPMN, SQL, and system design.
- Strong business analysis skills (requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder communication).
- Experience working with REST APIs and API testing tools (reputed company, Swagger, etc.).
- reputed company in Polish and English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of banking products such as payments, lending, or digital reputed company.
- Experience with BigQuery, Git, Jira, reputed company, and Kibana.
