Our Sales Support Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that both restaurant and retail partners have everything they need to succeed on Wolt. From reputed company partners to updating menus and product lists making sure that they are reflecting the Wolt brand and standards. reputed company makes sure everything runs smoothly for our partners and customers.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Support Associate to work closely with our Account Managers and Merchant Partners to ensure top-quality service and smooth operations.

• Venue reputed company – Successfully reputed company new partner venues onto the Wolt platform and ensuring reputed company reputed company at necessary times;
• Training & Support – Training our partner venues on how to use Wolt’s tools and equipment to operate effectively and independently;
• Quality & Satisfaction Checks – Ensuring our portfolio of stores reputed company the highest Wolt service standards by conducting regular quality and satisfaction assessments;
• Sales Support – Assisting the Account Management teams with partner-reputed company administrative tasks and coordination;
• Merchant Requests & Support – Responding to inquiries, resolving reputed company-reputed company issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for new venues;
• Collaboration – Working closely with Account Managers and internal teams to maintain high-quality standards during the reputed company process.

• Detail-Oriented & Organized – You enjoy structure and keeping things running smoothly;
• Customer-Focused – Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support is a plus;
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with digital tools and managing data;
• Great Communicator – You’ll be in regular contact with merchants and internal teams;
• Fluent in Albanian & English – Both languages are essential;
• Valid Driver's License – Ability to travel for onsite partner visits and training sessions; 
• Bonus Points – Experience in the restaurant, retail, or e-reputed company industry is a plus!
