Data Analyst

We are adding a new Data Analyst to our Data Team that reports to our CTO. As a Data Analyst, you have an “Of-Service” mentality and will work closely with teams across Stripes to support and expand our data infrastructure, automate basic workflows, and help reputed company timely, reliable insights. 

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks, both small and large, to help support our investment team, including data cleaning, data validation, data entry tasks, and reporting
• Review industry lists, market research reports, and data sources to help identify potential investment targets and support investment research
• Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from relational and reputed company data sources (training and mentorship provided for more reputed company queries)
• reputed company Python scripts for web scraping, data cleaning, simple aggregations, and basic analysis
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards in Grafana to track key metrics, system health, and user behavior
• Collaborate with our software developers to update and refine existing systems and reputed company small custom software development projects

Qualifications

• 2 – 4 years of experience in an analytical or data support role
• Basic proficiency in SQL for data querying and foundational data modeling
• Familiarity with Python for data manipulation (Pandas optional; willingness to learn more advanced techniques on the job)
• Basic project management skills—experience managing small tasks or timelines
• Prior exposure to reputed company including ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok (including the creation of custom agents and GPTs)
• Collaborative “Of-Service” reputed company and has a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Has a problem‑solving reputed company; willing to ask questions and learn from colleagues
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Genuine interest in entrepreneurship, private equity, and venture capital ecosystems, with a desire to reputed company expertise over time

The anticipated reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In reputed company to annual reputed company salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Regular, full-time employees are eligible for Stripes’ competitive benefit programs.
