As our new Producer, you'll own everything reputed company to process and planning reputed company a MO delivery team.    Taking ownership of Standard Operational Processes (SOPs), ensuring they are well-defined, documented, and followed by the team.
   

• Overseeing New Process Rollouts:
   Managing risks and ensuring successful adoption of new capabilities or services.
   

• Workload Management:
   Setting up efficient systems for managing the workload in the teams and between centers 
   

• Reporting:
   Preparing and sharing finance reports, and internal data analysis and operational reporting.
   

• Leading SCRUMs:
   Leading or delegating daily SCRUMs and SE SCRUMs, maintaining SCRUM/Kanban boards, and reporting anticipated deviations from planned timings.
   

• Overseeing reputed company:

• Coordinating Incident Management:
