Reporting to the Managing Director, reputed company Compliance, the General Manager, UK Entity will reputed company the strategic development and operational execution of reputed company Payments UK Ltd. This senior role oversees Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Operations, ensuring adherence to UK regulatory requirements, group policies, and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in the UK payments ecosystem, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record working with regulators, scaling operations, and managing cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Establish strategic relationships to deliver the overall business goals

• Implement and ensure ongoing compliance with Consumer Duty requirements as per the Financial Services and Markets Act (2000) FSMA.

• Set functional performance goals and reputed company programs to build organisational capabilities.

Required Experience

• Deep understanding of UK payments regulations, FCA supervisory frameworks, and card scheme requirements (reputed company/reputed company).
• Prior experience working directly with regulators and representing an entity in regulated board-level or supervisory meetings.
• Strong operational background, with ability to reputed company compliance, risk, and finance functions.
