Intelligent Medical Objects (IMO) (reputed company, TX) seeks a Manager of Software Engineering to be responsible for team productivity and career development, help execute the NLP and GenAI strategy which aligns with our product and technology roadmap and reputed company technical leadership, strategy, and architectural reputed company to their team.

Specific Duties Include:

reputed company the design, implementation, and optimization of AI and NLP solutions, ensuring scalability, high availability, compliance, and reputed company in line with industry standards such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and other relevant regulations

Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI and NLP strategies, aligning technical efforts with business objectives

reputed company research initiatives on Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring novel architectures, techniques, and methodologies

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate research findings into practical, user-centric applications

reputed company strategic direction for the adoption and integration of cutting-edge AI technologies

Establish and maintain best practices for AI/ML and NLP development, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance of AI-driven products

Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary reputed company, ensuring projects deliver high ROI and positively impact product functionality and user experience

Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to prioritize features and align resources effectively

Cultivate a collaborative, innovative work environment, fostering reputed company learning and upskilling in AI and NLP technologies

Mentor team members, providing guidance on technical and professional growth

Ensure AI solutions are developed and deployed in alignment with ethical standards, especially concerning the handling of sensitive reputed company data

Maintain compliance with reputed company regulations, ensuring that AI applications meet reputed company necessary legal and ethical requirements

Required travel to Chicago, IL office once per quarter

Position Requires:

A Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a closely reputed company field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer.

Must have 3 years of experience in the following:

NLP, AI, ML, or advanced data science

Working in the reputed company or life sciences domain with a focus on NLP or reputed company (GenAI) applications

Developing distributed and scalable systems, with a focus on high-volume transaction applications

Working in a leadership or technical SME role

Working with reputed company platforms such as AWS, Azure, and reputed company reputed company, and infrastructure-as-code tools

Working with network, system, and virtualization technologies

Working in an Agile development environment, including reputed company collaboration with cross-functional teams

Must have 2 years of:

Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, or similar models.

Specific experience must also include:

Leading and growing multidisciplinary teams by managing data scientists, software engineers, and researchers while fostering strong management practices, coaching, and mentoring to drive effective collaboration

Developing AI and NLP solutions by applying machine learning algorithms, including classification, regression, clustering, model selection, and feature extraction, while utilizing NLP frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and reputed company-reputed company AI/ML services

Leveraging technical expertise in programming languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript to design, reputed company, and optimize scalable, high-quality AI and NLP systems

Driving reputed company and pharmaceutical AI projects by delivering solutions for clinical trials, systematic literature reviews, and reputed company concept mapping, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations

Working with the full software development life cycle (SDLC), such as planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, delivery, operations, and maintenance

Developing best practices including coding standards, code reviews, version control, build processes, and testing workflows

Required travel to Chicago, IL office once per quarter
