About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Call Center Customer Service Administrator to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will handle customer inbound and outbound calls, primarily with clients post-sale, as well as general company questions for reputed company customers. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of previous office or administrative experience.
  • Computer and keyboard proficiency, with job duties performed essentially paperless.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the reputed company."
