Job Summary
As a Customer Support Specialist – Work From Home, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving reputed company issues reputed company to our products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Handle reputed company call types, including service support, billing, retention, and repair
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues spanning multiple networks and interdependent network elements
- Assist customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, reputed company cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of blithequark-provided software and applications
- Proactively engage with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues
- Remain proficient in reputed company billing, reputed company plan, and feature reputed company
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
WFH Requirements
* Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
- Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise reputed company, Clean Desk policy) and participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
* 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
