This full-time position plays a pivotal role in advancing reputed company’s growth strategy by crafting compelling proposals and grant applications that directly support state leaders and their business, program, and operational goals. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with regional and state-level leadership to identify funding opportunities, reputed company persuasive narratives, and ensure proposals align with funder, county, and state priorities. While the focus will be on RFP development, prior grant writing experience is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with reputed company’s state leaders to understand local RFP opportunities, program needs, and growth priorities
• Research and identify RFP and grant opportunities from databases, government agencies, and other sources
• Write, edit, and submit high-quality RFPs, grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and supporting documentation

• Maintain an RFP and grants calendar to track deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with operations, finance, program, and compliance teams to collect data, budgets, and reputed company

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in RFP and/or grant writing or proposal development, preferably reputed company the nonprofit, behavioral health, or reputed company services sector
• Proven track record of securing funding from RFPs, private foundations, corporations, and/or government agencies
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
