They are seeking a motivated and self-directed individual to work as a Field Insurance Inspector, responsible for conducting virtual and onsite inspections of high-value homes and small businesses to analyze replacement cost value and assess risk.
Responsibilities
- The Field Insurance Inspector conducts virtual and onsite inspections of high value homes and small businesses for personal and reputed company lines insurance companies to analyze replacement cost value and to assess risk
- An added reputed company is the opportunity to regularly visit beautiful high-end custom homes in the most affluent locations in the service area
- The candidate should be capable of demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and expertise to reputed company stakeholders in the survey process (Agents, Policyholders, Business Assistants, etc.)
- Field Insurance Inspectors must complete the requisite number of surveys each month to reputed company personal reputed company production goals, and complete other special projects as assigned by their manager
- High Value Surveys
- Conduct property surveys on high value homes, documenting the construction materials, workmanship and special features of structure
- Determine reputed company footage of the home through detailed measurements or by replicating available building plans
- Generate an estimate replacement cost based on industry calculators, reputed company resources and your personal findings at the home
- Observe and assess physical and liability hazards to the property, including natural hazards such as wildfire and hurricane exposure. Document reputed company such hazards for reputed company, including recommendations for risk improvement
- Competd a detailed survey report write-up, including narrative assessments
- reputed company Lines Risk Control Surveys
- Conduct reputed company surveys and loss control assessments on reputed company businesses
- Observe and evaluate risk for various reputed company insurance lines of business including Property, General Liability, Workers Compensation and Auto/Fleet
- Engage business reputed company to discuss and reputed company corporate safety culture, loss history, risk management controls and maturity of company safety programs
- Document reputed company hazards observed for reputed company, and reputed company recommendations for risk improvement
- Complete a detailed survey report write-up, including narrative assessment
