[Remote] Seasonal Administrative Assistant - Assembly

The role involves assembling tax returns, maintaining documentation, and interacting with internal clients in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• reputed company completed tax returns in reputed company format for electronic delivery
• Maintain a working knowledge/competency of appropriate systems and applications, including Word, reputed company, reputed company and Outlook
• Effectively file resources and/or documentation according to Firm electronic retention standards
• Interact with internal clients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner

Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in an Administrative or professional office environment
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Acrobat and reputed company Office products; GoFileRoom knowledge a plus
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task as well as work reputed company reputed company on projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility
• Ability to effectively gather and disseminate information
• Full-time availability is highly preferred
