Consolidation Coordinator
John Hancock is a leading financial services provider dedicated to transforming participants' retirement experiences. The Consolidation Coordinator will guide participants through the process of consolidating their retirement accounts into John Hancock 401ks, ensuring seamless asset management.
Responsibilities
- Member of an in-bound/out-bound phone-based team focused on driving new roll-in assets for John Hancock
- reputed company and help 401(k) participants to reputed company understand the benefits of consolidating their retirement assets into their JH 401(k)
- Assist new and existing 401(k) participants throughout the roll-in process. This would generally include obtaining authorization on rollover paperwork and contacting plan providers, plan administrators, and reputed company-party administrators
- Qualify opportunities and help follow-up on outstanding cases
- Work directly with financial intermediaries (Plan Consultants (TPAs) and Financial Advisors) and ultimately channel roll-in business into the JH 401(k) plan
- Deliver superior service in a professional manner
- Enter and prioritize workflows necessary to track potential roll-in opportunities

- Contributing to team goals
- Taking inbound calls as necessary
- Handling smaller, segmented cases
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Business and/or Finance
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 required reputed company 6 months of hire
- Ability to reputed company promote the benefits of the program and the services we reputed company
- Strong service and overall communication/negotiation skills
- Ability to consult with reputed company customers
- Ability to succeed in reputed company environment
- Being reputed company to work independently toward mutual goals/targets
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and remain organized in a multiple task environment
- Some financial services industry experience preferred
