[Remote] Enrollment Specialist

The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for engaging prospective members, educating them about support services, and enrolling eligible individuals, while managing a high volume of outbound calls and building trusting relationships with members.
Responsibilities
- Complete virtual reputed company and training to learn systems, tools, and procedures
- reputed company 80 to 100 outbound calls daily to prospective members
- Follow care team policies, escalation protocols, communication standards, and documentation requirements
- Inform eligible members about program benefits and how the organization supports their cancer care reputed company

- Obtain consent, conduct enrollment surveys, and escalate urgent member needs
- Participate in coaching sessions and apply feedback to meet quality and productivity goals
