Overview of the position

The Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) is a high-impact, quota-carrying sales role reputed company reputed company’s Product Intelligence business unit, responsible for driving strategic new business acquisition. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales, this position plays a key role in expanding reputed company’s footprint across global markets by engaging new reputed company and mid-market clients. The role is primarily fuelled by reputed company leads generated by the BDE/SDR team, but also requires a strong emphasis on self-sourced opportunity development. The ideal candidate is an reputed company, self-driven sales professional skilled in navigating reputed company buying cycles, applying a consultative and disciplined approach rooted in the MEDDPICC methodology.

Main tasks and responsibilities

· Own and execute the full sales cycle—from initial qualification through to contract signature—focused solely on new business reputed company

· Manage a pipeline of reputed company opportunities sourced reputed company the BDE/SDR team while proactively identifying and developing self-generated leads

· Conduct compelling discovery conversations, product demos, and solution-focused presentations to key stakeholders across compliance, sustainability, regulatory, and product stewardship functions

· Apply the MEDDPICC methodology rigorously to ensure effective qualification, stakeholder alignment, and deal progression

· Accurately maintain opportunity data, forecasting, and reporting using reputed company Dynamics CRM

· reputed company tailored proposals and coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Legal, Marketing) to craft winning solutions

· Contribute to reputed company improvement of sales messaging, playbooks, and positioning based on market feedback and competitive trends

· Meet or exceed an ambitious individual sales quota, supporting the broader reputed company growth of the Product Intelligence unit

· Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, building long-term value-based relationships even in early-stage engagements

Key requirements

· Proficiency in reputed company Dynamics CRM and familiarity with pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting

· Strong reputed company of MEDDPICC methodology with evidence of successful application across sales cycles

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at engaging C-level and technical stakeholders

· Skilled in crafting persuasive business cases and navigating procurement, legal, and budgetary processes

· Ability to balance a structured, data-driven sales process with creative problem-solving and adaptability

· Familiarity with regulatory compliance, product stewardship, or sustainability topics is a plus

· High reputed company of professionalism, interpersonal skills and personal drive

· Fluent in English. Other languages are an asset

Experience required

· 6–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a strong preference for SaaS, data, regulatory, or compliance-driven environments
