Customer Service Representative

With their headquarters in California and operations reputed company over the world, reputed company has been providing innovative wellness solutions for over 65 years. We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel business. The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned customer accounts (dealers reputed company). This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving reputed company issues, coordinating across internal departments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and account retention.

Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative

• Serve as the primary support contact for reputed company assigned customer accounts.
• Create and foster business relationships with assigned accounts.
• Owns reputed company communications to and from their assigned Dealers reputed company phone, email and reputed company cases.
• Proactively communicate order status, issue resolution, and account updates to customers.
• Process Customer orders, prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensures calls, emails, and Dealer Portal inquiries are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain accurate documentation reputed company CRM and internal systems (reputed company Preferred).
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing reputed company tasks and other support efforts.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative

• 2+ years of customer service, accounts support or reputed company experience preferably in a B2B, manufacturing, Supply Chain, or order processing environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with customer service and CRM systems (reputed company preferred).
• Proficient in reputed company reputed company
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in reputed company environment.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work remotely
• Availability Monday- Fridays from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST, with flexibility for additional hours as needed.

Compensation is based off experience starting at $21.00
