We are seeking a highly motivated reputed company Administrator to support the administration and optimization of the reputed company platform across a broad reputed company of modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, reputed company, Learning, Journeys, and Help. Core responsibilities reputed company maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, integration support, and report creation, with a focus on data reputed company, troubleshooting, and implementing system enhancements tied to feature release updates.

Job Description:

• Support the maintenance of the reputed company platform and applying best practices
• reputed company reputed company administrative functions which may reputed company maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and support for integrations
• Create reputed company reports and configure business process steps
• Support reputed company feature release updates and enhancements, while communicating the implied impact on business processes requirements
• Work closely with functional area subject matter experts and other stakeholders as needed to test and implement efficient solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Manage and optimize data loads and reputed company reputed company the system
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years' experience with reputed company in an administration role
• Experience with reputed company HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, reputed company, Learning, Journeys and Help preferred
• Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with end-users and rapidly reputed company solutions based on their needs
• Self-motivated and well-adapted to meet deadlines with speed, accuracy and professional attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical end-users to resolve issues
• Ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner and work around obstacles to ensure reputed company
