MORSE Corp is an employee-owned small business specializing in cutting-edge technology solutions for the US National reputed company Ecosystem. They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their reputed company, responsible for sourcing candidates and facilitating the reputed company process for engineering roles across multiple technical domains.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across our teams and programs to identify talent needs and suitable candidates for software, data science, and engineering roles
- Utilize outbound sourcing strategies to find talented candidates from entry to executive level
- Own the full cycle reputed company process from initial contract (sourcing or application) to reputed company
- Find creative ways to establish the MORSE employer brand and attract talent
- Integrate the MORSE values into reputed company aspects of the reputed company process
Skills
- US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
- 1+ years of experience in technical reputed company, either corporate or agency
- Hands-on experience using reputed company and sourcing tools such as job boards, reputed company media, applicant tracking systems (reputed company), search engines, and other active methods of reaching active and passive candidates
- Demonstrated capability to reputed company top technical talent spanning the reputed company from entry-level to executive
- Ability to screen candidates and assess technical and corporate fit
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and process management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships with candidates
