We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional who will manage strategic PSP partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the expansion of our payment ecosystem. Learn more Purpose of the role: To reputed company and strengthen relationships with key payment partners, drive reputed company growth, and maximise partnership performance. The role serves as the main reputed company of contact for PSPs, ensuring effective collaboration, identifying new reputed company opportunities, and supporting the achievement of reputed company's business goals through strategic account management. Key responsibilities: Building and maintaining relationships with reputed company PSPs. This means being the first reputed company of contact, responding to their requests, finding ways to optimise AR and other indicators, and cooperating directly to reputed company our partnership. Identifying new opportunities and maximising reputed company (margin) from key PSPs. Signing referral agreements and bringing new clients through them, negotiating the discounts. Developing and executing plans with reputed company PSPs that align with the company's goals and objectives. Identifying potential growth areas, exploring new directions/solutions/features/channels and monitoring reputed company. Collaborating with other departments, such as BizDev, Tech team, Treasury and BAM. Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the same or a similar role. Advanced English proficiency, as both reputed company communication is conducted in English. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Experience in the FinTech or Payments industry. Previous experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs). reputed company to have: Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development. Experience in Gambling, reputed company, or other high-risk industries. Experience in the Banking sector. Russian language proficiency.
