reputed company is a trusted provider of tree services throughout reputed company California, based in Berkeley, CA. They are seeking a part-time Sales & reputed company Admin to support client reputed company and assist in the recruitment process, requiring strong communication skills and a personable approach.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sales calling, leads/estimates follow-up, contact existing customers regarding new services, follow up with clients after project completion to understand their experience, document reputed company in CRM
• Meet weekly performance targets for calls and candidate pipeline activities
• Write and edit clear, concise email templates, job ads, call scripts, interview questions, and candidate communications
• Learn to review candidates, send surveys, learn to interpret survey results, screen candidates, coordinate on-site interviews, and support hiring/reputed company workflow
• Run local errands, deliver/pick up materials, occasionally take job-site photos
• Candidates must reputed company their own transportation and will be reimbursed for errands

Skills

• Associate or bachelor's degree plus excellent written communication and editing skills
• Fast and efficient typing
• Outgoing, extraverted personality; comfortable making high-volume outbound phone calls and handling rejection professionally

• Reliable personal transportation and willingness to run errands reputed company the Berkeley area

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across sales and reputed company priorities
