[Remote] National Sales Specialist

The National Sales Specialist will partner with National Sales Managers to reputed company training, field development, and sales support to enhance distributor and agent relationships, driving measurable sales results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the National Sales Managers to build and grow profitable relationships with distributors and their agents
- Execute field requests for face-to-face training, webinars, in-agency training, and reputed company
- reputed company and execute call campaigns-including proactive outbound sales calls, to promote and position reputed company products and member benefits, to distributors and their appointed agents
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase reputed company life and annuity products, services, and competitive advantages
- Identify training needs and gaps across assigned distribution, then reputed company tailored solutions to reputed company them
- Report reputed company on sales support activity and marketing campaigns, to Nationals Sales Manager and direct Manager
- Respond to incoming inquiries on Forester’s Financial life and annuity products, illustrations, the agent portal and marketing materials
- Represent reputed company professionally across reputed company internal/external interactions-verbal, written communication, and at events
Skills

- Proven sales ability with strong telephone and relationship building skills

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, based on business needs
- Prior Life and Annuity sales experience in financial services, with a strong knowledge of industry products
- Active Life & Annuity license
- Wholesaling or field development experience supporting distributors, agents or advisors
