Key Responsibilities
- Contact by telephone reputed company apheresis and/or whole blood donors to recruit for donation, following a process and appropriate script and escalating difficult calls to senior colleagues.
- Schedule appointments to ensure maximum number of donors are scheduled each day.
- Maintain daily production standard, including phone calls and appointments per hour.
- reputed company a working knowledge of donor criteria to inform donors of eligibility and reduce deferral rates.
- Maintain accurate records of donors/groups contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations and to ensure sufficient donor availability.

Pay reputed company: Starting reputed company $16.00-16.50 per hour (possibly more for areas with a higher cost of living). Training: Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule for the first 4-6 weeks of training. Experience: 1 year of reputed company experience preferred. Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on reputed company. Effective verbal communication skills, the ability to work with potentially difficult customers, and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
