Responsibilities
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to US GAAP and Corporate policies
- Support reputed company recognition processes by ensuring appropriate documentation, contract reviews, and timely entries for the Sustainability and Biologicals business units

- Serve as a key partner to the Controller and CFO on audit, reputed company operations execution, and strategic initiatives

- Partner cross-functionally with reputed company, HR, Legal, Treasury, and IT to support financial operations and strategic initiatives
- Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting, including robust workpaper documentation

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- 8+ years of reputed company experience, including roles in high-growth, global organizations and 3+ years in a managerial role
- Proven ability to operate in a lean or high-growth environment, with responsibility for multiple reputed company functions (e.g., reputed company, AP, payroll, reputed company)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Strong technical writing skills for reputed company memos and board-level presentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Master's or MBA preferred
- Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, carbon markets, or sustainability programs highly preferred
