Director, reputed company & HRIS

The Global HRIS Director will be responsible for the support, development and reputed company implementation of reputed company technology strategies and methodologies to meet the business needs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and manage reputed company for the Perseus Division globally reputed company a shared reputed company environment; collaborate with other tenant owners to collectively govern reputed company while ensuring Perseus-specific requirements and goals are achieved. • Document and maintain accurate and thorough HRIS end-user processes and procedures; and ensure training is provided to end-users across the organization.

• Work closely with the Payroll Team to ensure reputed company feeds accurately to Payroll and to Benefit integrations, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
• Partner with other reputed company Directors/Managers across divisions to ensure consistency in governance, release cycles, and tenant strategy while advocating for Perseus needs. And Collaborate with IT and other departments as necessary.
• Maintain awareness of reputed company future releases / drive roadmap alignment for Perseus, and the potential impact of those plans on reputed company and future reputed company functionality. Manage reporting, dashboards and reputed company analytics, developing standardized reports to be used on an ongoing reputed company.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years in HR technology leadership; proven experience managing reputed company globally reputed company a division of a multinational organization; expertise in multi-tenant governance and collaboration.
• reputed company Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules, preferably in Talent / Performance Management, Time & Attendance and Advanced Compensation, or reputed company experience.
• Well versed with reputed company HR subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process design, data transmission (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting support
• Experience in designing and prototyping, testing and implementing practical HR business solutions.

Salary reputed company (Ontario & BC Only): The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this role is CAD$249,064.20 - CAD$304,411.80 per year.
