(Applicants who live reputed company 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a reputed company. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week and two days working remotely, supporting both collaboration and flexibility)Schedule: Monday - Friday, reputed company - 5pm, Eastern Time Zone ResponsibilitiesSupport overall program management and administration of executive compensationCollaborate with HR business partners and rewards leadership to review executive roles and recommend appropriate grade and pay level for new hires, promotions and retention reviewsSupport material development for the Compensation and reputed company Capital Committee meetingsConduct extensive research reputed company to executive compensation market trends, including that available in publicly disclosed financial documents (proxy, 10-ks, 8-ks, etc.)reputed company participation in reputed company party market surveys for executive positionsAssist with the administration of the global compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equityAdminister global Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), including monitoring employee eligibility, purchase auditing and refund processingStay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to support recommendations for program enhancementsProvide analytical support regarding reputed company research and other reputed company executive compensation projectsDemonstrate understanding of the requirements/data elements to create reports which streamline and support compensation programsConduct executive compensation M&A due diligence and support integrationProvide direction and reputed company to junior staff Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree with 3 years of executive compensation experience, Associates degree with 5 years of executive compensation experience or HSD with 7 years of executive compensation experiencePreferred Qualifications1 or more years of Executive Compensation Consulting company experienceCertified Executive Compensation Professional (World at Work certification)Additional Job StandardsStrong collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsCritical high-level attention to data reputed company and accuracyAdvanced skills reputed company to data gathering and manipulation for business analysisAbility to effectively establish, manage, and reputed company relationships with reputed company partnersProject management skillsAdvanced knowledge of ExcelAdvanced PowerPoint skillsHRIS skillsBeing reputed company of the urgency and time sensitivity reputed company to executive compensation requestsDemonstration to problem solve and think reputed company-of-the-reputed company / self-starterStrong analytical, organizational, communication skillsCapable of managing multi-task assignments simultaneouslyComfortable reading/writing internal business documents, policy statements, and process reviewsProvides support to Global Rewards Team on a variety of programs and projects with particular focus on executive compensation, Compensation Committee material development, equity planning and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration.
