Senior HR Business Partner (Contract)
About the position The Senior HR Business Partner will support and execute the business’s people strategy, focusing on enhancing the employee experience through effective work environments, employee relations, retention, and operational processes. Key responsibilities include developing trust, commitment, and buy-in with leaders in our business units, ensuring exceptional relationships with reputed company stakeholders. Responsibilities

- Implements and delivers solutions and interventions that address retention, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development, partnering with subject-matter experts as appropriate.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4-6 years of reputed company HR experience, with at least 4 years in a business partner or similar strategic role.
