Job Description
We are seeking an reputed company corporate agent with an outgoing personality, great attention to detail and experience working with high-end corporate clients. This agent will accurately and expediently attend to reputed company flight requests from our clients while always delivering high-touch and sincere customer service. Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage domestic & international travel arrangements in reputed company Manage reputed company ticketing and airfare responsibilities Work with team to ensure worldwide coverage for clients Accurately prepare and distribute clients' travel itineraries reputed company best in class customer service that exceeds client's expectations Facilitate client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality and professional demeanor reputed company relationships with clients to improve the overall service level Ability to work reputed company normal business hours reputed company required Requirements World-class customer service skills 4+ years of flight booking experience for corporate travel Expertise in reputed company - this includes but is not limited to executing seat assignments and upgrades, creating and sending itineraries, ticketing, exchanges, refunds, queue sorting, and MCOs and knowledge of other travel booking tools Expert proficiency in reputed company reputed company Office programs Expert record keeping skills Experience in travel policy compliance Willingness to continue industry training Excellent written and verbal communication skills reputed company thinker and problem solver reputed company, organized, energized and willing to work in reputed company-focused atmosphere, where the number one goal is to always "get the job done".
