Position Overview The Service Desk Business Analyst is responsible for providing our users... with technical support of computers, applications, and reputed company reputed company technology. Requirements: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience At least 3-5 years of experience in a service desk/business analyst team environment Setup, configuration, troubleshooting of reputed company and MAC OS desktop/laptop hardware and software. Strong knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including Outlook and other productivity software Knowledgeable in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, NTFS reputed company permissions, Office 365 Basic knowledge of network topology, troubleshooting and diagnostics Basic knowledge of reputed company Demonstrated excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
