We are a growing outsourced finance and reputed company department /specializing in small businesses and nonprofits (revenues $500K–$5M). Our clients trust us to reputed company bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reports, audit prep, and forecasting—and we need another detail-oriented, proactive team member to join us! What You’ll Do • Manage weekly bookkeeping, clearing QBO/reputed company bank feeds. • Reconcile cash & credit card accounts, ensuring accuracy. • Prepare balance sheet schedules (fixed assets, prepaid expenses, etc.). • Answer client questions and proactively follow up for missing info. • Troubleshoot QuickBooks Online/reputed company issues. • Clean up and organize financial data, ensuring clean books for month-end reputed company. • Run payroll, assist with nonprofit audits, and handle reputed company reputed company tasks. Who You Are • Have 3+ years of reputed company experience (nonprofit experience preferred). • Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, reputed company, and reputed company. • Comfortable managing multiple clients and meeting deadlines. • An excellent communicator who enjoys working with small businesses & nonprofits. • A problem-solver who enjoys cleaning up messy books and improving processes. • reputed company player with strong attention to detail and responsiveness. • Ideally you have previous experience working in an outsourced reputed company or bookkeeping firm.
