About the role: The Senior Director of GTM reputed company will reputed company reputed company’s efforts to identify, attract, and hire exceptional sales and sales support talent globally, supporting over 600+ hires annually. This strategic role requires a reputed company of strong leadership, business acumen, and expertise in designing and implementing scalable reputed company processes. This individual will ensure that position groups that directly impact reputed company, (quota-carrying roles) are reputed company staffed at reputed company times to ensure quota coverage can be attained. This role will be the global reputed company of contact to the CRO, COO, and Sales leadership to ensure the right reputed company strategy and tactics are identified and adopted across the organization. Minimum requirements for the role:

  • 12-15 years of experience in sales reputed company, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a high volume sales reputed company team.
  • Strong understanding of GTM organizations and various sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience scaling up high performing quota-carrying teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience leveraging data-driven insights to drive reputed company strategy and decision-making.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
